CISV USA Non-Disclosure Agreement

I understand that, in the course of my duties as a representative of CISV USA and/or one of its Chapters, I have access to confidential information concerning CISV USA and its staff and volunteers, including, but not limited to, personnel & participant names, addresses, health & other identifying personal information; performance evaluations; and the manner and methods used by CISV USA to carry out its personnel functions. In my role as a representative of CISV USA and/or one of its Chapters, I agree that I will not use or divulge this information except for its intended purpose on behalf of CISV USA or CISV International or as required by law. I agree that any intentional or grossly negligent disclosure of this confidential information, except for purposes of conducting CISV business, may result in my dismissal from involvement in CISV at any and/or all levels.
