A conflict of interest is any relationship, transaction, or position (volunteer or otherwise) held by you or a family member (spouse, parent, child or spouse of a child, brother or spouse of a brother, or sister or spouse of a sister), or any other circumstance that you believe could contribute to a conflict of interest between CISV USA and your personal interests, financial or otherwise. You are asked to disclose (1) any other non-profit/for-profit boards on which you and/or family members sit; (2) any for-profit businesses for which you and/or family members are officers, directors, or majority shareholders; (3) any for-profit businesses owned by you and/or family members; and (4) your employer, if the potential exists for such non-profits, for-profit businesses, or employers to be party to a contract or involved in a transaction with CISV USA for goods or services or to compete with CISV USA.
The full Conflict of Interest policy can be found under Documents on this website.
